1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and One Network Solutions Limited, operator of VisibilityOS ("VisibilityOS", "we", "us", or "our"). If you use VisibilityOS for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
2. The service
VisibilityOS provides website auditing, search-performance analytics, AI visibility monitoring, competitive research, content analysis, outreach workflows, reporting, and related software. Features may change as we improve the service. Beta, preview, or experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the users you invite to a workspace.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
4. Your sites, content, and permissions
You retain ownership of content and data you submit to VisibilityOS. You grant us a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and analyze that material only as needed to provide and secure the service.
You represent that you have the rights and authorization necessary to add each website, connect each data source, crawl permitted pages, process submitted content, and invite workspace members. Competitor and public-web analysis must be used lawfully and must not be used to bypass access controls.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use VisibilityOS to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, or process data without authorization;
- probe, attack, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or rate limits;
- upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to deceive or abuse others;
- resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use automated access outside documented interfaces or limits; or
- misrepresent VisibilityOS output as guaranteed rankings, legal advice, or verified fact where it is an estimate or recommendation.
6. Google and other third-party services
Integrations such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Microsoft Clarity are optional. When you connect one, your use is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy rules. VisibilityOS uses connected access to provide analytics you request and does not create or modify advertising campaigns. You are responsible for consent and data-collection compliance on properties and accounts you connect. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, suspensions, quotas, token expiry, or data accuracy.
7. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the price, billing interval, taxes, usage limits, and renewal terms shown when you subscribe. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing controls. We may change future pricing with reasonable advance notice.
8. Intellectual property
VisibilityOS and its software, designs, documentation, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription; they do not transfer ownership of the service.
If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
10. Disclaimers
VisibilityOS provides analysis and recommendations, not guarantees. Search engines, AI platforms, websites, and third-party data change independently of us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid VisibilityOS during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or law. Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to hello@getvisibilityos.com.
